RA will assist its clients in locating off market opportunities and opportunities with limited distribution through our years’ long relationships with individual owners and institutional owners. We only offer opportunities where we have direct relationships with the current owners.

RA assists owners of properties that they want to redevelop or develop from ground up. This includes opportunities to convert existing properties from their current use to a higher and better use, such as conversions of offices to residential or hotel. Also, to bring in developers with significant experience so that there is a seamless start to finish process of developing a piece of land, including obtaining entitlements, creating designs, providing equity, construction loans, building and ultimately renting/selling and management.

RA has a large stable of clients interested in acquiring assets of all types, from land, to hotels, to office buildings, to residential buildings. We will assist in the valuation, presentation and identification of potential buyers, through the negotiation and ultimate sale of the property.

RA works with numerous institutions with investment criteria that starts from $10 million to north of $100 million in the “right” investment opportunity.
