RA Property Holdings, LLC through its affiliate Prime Realty Services commenced a joint venture with Prudential Life Insurance Company of Initially, Prudential bought into approximately 600 apartments owned by Prime in 14 properties in Manhattan and the Bronx. In 1999, we closed on two portfolios of properties, one containing 2,705 apartments in 31 buildings in the Bronx and Manhattan.
